Wedding Plans Ruined? Elope Instead!
Have your wedding plans been affected by COVID-19? Yah? Us too! And let’s be honest, it stinks! But, wipe your tears and wave goodbye to your sorrows because we’re here to tell you that you can still get married during the coronavirus pandemic. How so? By eloping!
Gone are the days where eloping meant running away with your significant other to get married in secrecy. So, what is an elopement these days? In our opinion, there is no single definition for what an elopement is. The only necessary components are:
- Two people who love each other SO MUCH that they are committing to spending the rest of their lives together.
- A limited gust list (if any).
That’s all folks! Whether it’s a Tuesday at 11am or a Saturday at 6pm it doesn’t matter when it’s occurring. If you’re on a mountain, in a courthouse, on the beach, or even at your favorite brewery, the location doesn’t matter either. What does matter is that you two are getting married!
Eloping allows you to truly focus on what’s important, which is your love for each other. It can be just the two of you, or you can choose to include your closest friends and family to celebrate your union. It’s YOUR day, and you get to do what makes YOU happy!
So, we encourage you to consider eloping instead. It’s intimate, romantic, less stress and drama, and can be a day that is unique and authentic to you as a couple.
For us, it is such an honor to be by our couples’ side on such a special day. We can help you plan an amazing intimate wedding that is focused on your love and spending the rest of your lives together. We’re here for you and can’t wait to capture all of the beautiful moments!
